The Police and Crime Standards Directorate (PCSD) is responsible for monitoring standards of excellence in policing and other community safety initiatives in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
The PCSD needed a better performance assessment system to reduce the time taken to generate reports and improve the quality of analysis required every month by its statutory partners.
IMGROUP implemented a new database analysis and reporting system for the PCSD using the Microsoft SQL Server® 2005 range of products.
